Danish Meat Balls or
Friakadeller

 

500 g ground veal 
500 g ground pork 
1 g onion 
2 cups milk 
Pepper to taste 
2 tablespoons of flour or 1 cup of bread crumbs 
1 egg 
Salt to taste 
margarine

Put veal and pork together. Add flour or bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt and pepper.

Mix thoroughly.

Melt the margarine on a pan.

Drop the mix on frying pan from a large tablespoon and fry over low heat.

Serve with browned butter, potatoes and stewed red cabbage.

Bar with lemons and strawberries.
