2¼ cups fresh basil leaves, washed and air dried
¼ cup pine nuts
½ cup olive oil
2 large cloves of garlic
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
a pinch of salt
All you need to do is
to place the above ingredients in a food processor and blend them
until it reaches the consistency that you are looking for.
Toss with pasta.
